The Eatery at The Grant House outside area is the ideal place to hold the large wedding of your dreams as well as a reception no one will soon forget. Whether it’s a small, intimate affair or a gathering for hundreds of your closest friends and family, Eatery At The Grant House is the perfect wedding venue for you. Situated in the heart of Fort Vancouver Historic Site’s Officers Row, we will deliver a day to remember.
By using the East Lawn, East Veranda and Patio, there is room enough for 250 guests. The Patio and front steps are large enough for 224 people.
Our grounds are ideal for pre- or post-wedding pictures, with an onsite garden, covered verandas, large trees and manicured lawns and landscaping. The contrasts of colors, hues and backgrounds make for wonderful color as well as black and white photos to help remember the day.
We also have several inside options as well for smaller gatherings. With architecture from the mid-1800s, Eatery At The Grant House provides an eye-catching backdrop for your special day. We have several rooms and locations to choose from, depending on the size of your event.
The Main Dining Room is large enough for 40 people while the Club Dining and Fowler Rooms can handle 24 people each. A party of 20 people can occupy the bar as the North and South Parlors are perfect for 10 people or less. Private use of any of our spaces will incur rental fees.
Our Northwest inspired cuisine will allow your guests to enjoy seasonal dishes – using herbs from our patio garden – if you choose to hold the reception at Eatery At The Grant House. Whether the food is set up inside or outside, guests will enjoy delicious food in a beautiful, comfortable setting.
Events held outside of our normal business hours will have an additional charge. Rental time begins at the beginning of setup and ends at the end of tear down. Call for availability and pricing for space rental and there will be food and beverage minimums.
Events must end no later than 10:00 pm.
Parking is available in the lots in front of and behind the house. Handicapped parking is located behind the house. Overflow parking is available behind the Fort Vancouver Regional Library Administrative Building.
Your reservation is guaranteed once you pay your non-refundable deposit equal to the amount of your space rental and return the signed event agreement.
